My warning is to stay well away from this service. Ali has a very poor reputation for treating customers, not to mention the massage therapists in an appalling fashion. She wage steals ongoing. This is now a federal offence. I now earn post 6 figures. Just stay away.
Their booking system needs some work as my appointment was rescheduled twice and with a 5 month old baby that I needed to arrange care for, this was pretty inconvenient. But on the third scheduled appointment, Sarah showed up and was absolutely lovely! I can definitely recommend her for a much needed, relaxing massage. 3 stars overall for service but 5 stars for Sarah.
Absolutely amazing massages from Belinda and Nick. The best massages we have had. Booked a couples massage last minute in our hotel and both therapists turned up on time. Professional, down to earth. Booking was easy with Karina in the office. Cannot fault them, will book again. ten out of ten.
Words can’t explain how grateful both me and my partner are for Ripple Massage! Having such busy lives with not much time to go and get a massage we found Ripple, amazing therapists who came to us! We will always continue to use Ripple for the our massages in the near future!

Ripple Massage Melbourne were the definition of perfect.
The 9 of us came to Melbourne last weekend as part of my sisters Hen's weekend. Ripple showed up at the doorstep of our airbnb at precisely 2pm (the organised time) and spoiled us girl senseless. It was the best massage that I've ever had. They were very kind and lovely, we had Simone and Sarah treat us all afternoon with facials and full body massages - overall just AMAZING. There's tones of packages to choose from so no matter what you'll get the treatment that you wanted. I can't recommend them enough, next time we're in Melbourne again we'll DEFINITELY BE ASKING FOR THEM!!
