Tried to book an appointment today over the phone, the receptionist kept me waiting on hold for 5 minutes which isn't a big deal but when she got back on the phone she was very rude and unhelpful. I'm not one to complain but this really got under my skin.

Not all the doctors here are great and waiting time for some can be almost an hour after your appointment but Dr. Webb is the reason I still come here. Brilliant and thorough examination every time, makes me feel super comfortable, and will offer an answer and explanation to all of my questions. Highly recommend her, and despite feeling as if she takes her time with you through your appointment I don't seem to have the lengthy wait times to get in.

Great doctors, but terrible waiting times. Booked my appointment for 11:15 and it's 11:40 and there's still one person ahead of me.

Staff were friendly. Doctors were thorough. Bedside manner was very professional and caring.
