Global Cardiology

I cannot complain about the service received at Murdoch St John of God hospital which was excellent, however...nI received their invoice in the mail that had no bank details, no phone number, in fact no way by which I could pay unless I had a cheque book- and who uses or even has one of those nowadays? They call themselves ‘Global’ do they even know the meaning of the word? Time to get into the 21st millennium maybe?

So I am currently sitting out in my car. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I’ve made my way from Baldivis to Byford then to Kelmscott to bring my Opa to have a test done. I made this appointment for him. All his appointments go through myself. He’s Dutch and can’t hear very well and sometimes I need to explain what the doctor is talking about or asking him and cannot drive himself at the moment. To be told not over the phone when I made the appointment but upon arrival at the office that I would have to wait outside. It’s also currently a cool 25• his appointment will take an hour for testing and god knows how long in the waiting room because normally we wait for at least an hour. I’ve taken him to every single appointment at Kelmscott to only be told this today!! There was no forewarning nothing.nnI am so very disgusted with the situation and instead of the rude blonde woman at reception telling me this with no compassion at all! It should be not only be forewarned it should be a case by case basis!! We do not have any community spread in WA currently and I am not sick nor have been overseas. Shame on you and this company. Making a pregnant woman sit in her car for this long because you clearly don’t care about your patients or their carers.nnDisgusting.

Quite disappointed to say service is very unprofessional. Been happened twice in a row only finding it out doctor appointment was cancelled in the last minute without further advance notice...
