Very bad experience on 20th March for my wife who was at Pathwest to do a Gestational diabetes check.nWe booked two GTT testing 5 weeks ago together, one for Feb and one for March.nCome March 20th and we reached at 8.01 and saw the staff who was there at 8.25am to be told, my wife's booking is not on their list and will take her in next.nAfter further waiting, she was told since the booking is not seen in their hand scribbled diary she cannot be tested.nThis could have been told at the first instance.nAs I went in to have a chat with the stafff, two gentlemen was seen walking out as they had waited for an hour with no response.nThe whole system is a joke.

We came at 10.50 on a Saturday. Saw at least 5 people waiting. They chatted with a regular patient for at least 40 mins and then at 11.30 when the queue was 15 people long, one of the nurses came out and said we close at 12 and we are sorry it has been crazy busy this morning, so some people need to leave. So if they take 40 mins to collect the blood of one patient, I am not sure what to say. Avoid this place if you want your blood to be collected!
