I've always been a faithful customer of the Flight Centre and always impressed with their performance but my recent experience at Ipswich was ordinary to say the least.nNobody likes to be in the lobby of a hotel realising their booking has been cancelled plus realising you paid an extra $70 a night because Flight Centre use their wholesaler Infinity Holidays.nHowever, I did share my concerns to Flight Centre and the happily credited us the $70.nSo, thank you there Andy. See you next time we are wanting to book flight tickets. But might book our own accommodation, I don't care for rooms that still have those AM FM radios build into the bedhead, especially when they don't even work.
