I have had my car detailed at other services, but concierge were definitely the best. Very satisfied

Arrived on booked time to find nobody here. Rang the general number and was told to.try a different mobile. Was expecting them to ring for me as it was CCY's business. I shouldn't have check where their workers are. Rang the mobile and another gentleman from Kedron was trying to be helpful. He Rang the team trying to find where they were. He couldn't contact them. He said he'd keep trying. Never heard back. Really disappointed as trying to sell my car and used local business.nReally disappointed in the lack of effort or communication. Booked a Premium wash on line (easy process with all the prices and options included and any extras you would like) service as expected and I walked up to a local coffe shop whilst my car was been cleaned. Recommended business.

Was in need a good car wash. Could have used local autocar wash but decided to try these guys at Yamant Central. Pulled up and they fitted me straight in. Gave me an estimated time. They were spot on. The clean was fantastic and well priced. Will be back again
