This is the only place I will get my blood taken. Every staff member has been friendly, efficient and importantly the only staff from any pathology that has not hurt me. They find the vein right away and don't dig around for it like at other places I've been. Highly recommended. I don't know any of the staff personally

I've come here multiple amounts of times for blood tests and what no. Everytime I've waited for about 45 minutes, whilst I see others go straight in. The organisation of this place is terrible. The receptions don't even realised you're there. The staff is even confused when I try to explain it to them. I've made the decision after a blood test today (which I waited over 45 minutes for) that this is the last time I waste my time on this terrible business.

I've never had a great experience with Australian Clinical Labs, ever. This collection centre is extremely small, you have to waiting in the doctors waiting room, and they work slowly, like all Australian Clinical Labs staff. The staff changes regularly and they always seem to be eccentric types that like to tell you how good they are at their jobs, and usually have nothing nice to say about their employer, which is really not what you want to hear when you are going for tests. You just want the job done quickly, as comfortably as possible, and to get out of there. This never happens at any of the Australian Clinical Labs centres I'm sorry to say. I've never had a decent needle given to me at this centre, and often extremely painful with bruising afterwards, no care taken it would seem. As this is a reoccurring theme for me at whatever Australian Clinical Labs centre I attend, I will not be using them again. I have regular tests and had been locked into going to Australian Clinical Labs only. I've tried four different centres so far and they all seem to be staffed by the same, low skilled, slow working, uncaring, self absorbed types. I'll ask my specialist for a new referral and go elsewhere. I have not experienced the same with other path labs I will say.
