SKG Radiology Murdoch

To those who find it difficult to find where they are located, it is actually at the Murdoch Clinic - as you enter the building, they are on the left side.nI have spent 20 minutes at the parking area going around all the buildings as I could not find where they are and no signage.nMy appointment was at 12.45pm and I tried to call them so i could get some help with directions, and their phone kept saying that they are closed and to call back during business hours. I am confused how my appointment was at 12.45pm and it is outside business hours ???n1 star for no signage, 1 star for the receptionist who was too old for her job and was not helpful at all BUT I must give 5 star for the radiographer.nThe radiographer was amazing.

The receptionist I spoke to, Emma - had 0 customer service skills. I was in St John of God emergency the night before, where the doctor gave me a referral and told me to walk straight in the next morning.nI called out of courtesy, the receptionist Emma belittled me and told me there was no apps for 3 weeks. I explained I was told it was to be done ASAP, she went silent thinking she’d hung up on me, coming back with a “um, no”. I called emergency, who called SKG and confirmed the urgent app. I was then booked in by another lady who was very friendly.nnThe receptionist upon arrival was lovely. And the lady who performed my procedure was welcoming and friendly.nnAlthough the other staff were great, i would not go back as the booking was terrible and embarrassing experience.

Where’s the point in an appointment time?

Receptionist needs to be fired jesus!!
