Staff were very helpful and friendly didn't have to wait got served straight away.

Place is very nice even at busy times, staff handles rush pretty well (better than other post offices I've been to).nnIm local to this one and i absolutely like this place the staff is always nice, and friendly.nUnlike the Woodville Post Office which is always so dam conjusted and understaffed all the time.nnBut i think this one can have a bit more staff on too, although its it generally managed good at times I've been there.nnUsually very busy around 3 30pm though.

In each and every one of my encounters with the old woman, she has been nothing but rude and malicious. She clearly doesn't care about the customer, because she'll always make her opinion known, whether it be through an under-the-breath insult or a facial expression. God forbid you make a mistake or get confused, because she'll happily scream it out for the whole room to hear. She must have previously worked as a jail warden or is a divorcee, because she seems to love to humiliate, look down upon, and berate any who dares to get one thing wrong, no matter how small or minor it is.nnShe's simply and utterly incompetent to work in a job involving customer support and is better off working in the back or some other role that's not involved with communicating with customers. On the bright side, in the limited interaction I've had with the younger workers, it's immediately evident that they're much more respectful and friendly. However, the sheer rudeness and incompetency of the old woman is more than enough to leave a one star review.nnGodspeed to anyone who is unfortunate enough to have to go to her teller.
