Australia Post - Adelaide GPO Post Shop

Maybe two of the staff that work here are nice and friendly to customers. The rest are incredibly rude, abrupt, and seem to have no patience for people who speak English as a second language.nnNot unexpected for an organisation with Australia Post's reputation, but still very disappointing to see in person.

Helpful staff provides clear instructions. There is a spacious table to fill your forms, envelopes and prepare parcels.

Was just in there today (Oct 16th 2019) to send 3 parcels to Norway and the staff was delightful. Incredibly helpful finding out if my goods could be sent (in case of restrictions), finding me boxes and helping me fill out the forms. Always smiling, always cheerful, even cracking some jokes and generally being pleasant and professional.nn(I am a Norwegian tourist here on holiday)
