I can only say from a perspective of an overseas student, but they are more knowledgeable in their overseas student cover compared to other Medibank branches. When I visited a different branch, I had little to no help from the staff (who kept saying my situation was too complicated), but Grenfell one is excellent and told me exactly what to do to solve it. They were very professional and supportive throughout. Thank you.

Impossible to request a tax statement. Was made to wait up to ten business days. Go elsewhere. Waiting times on the phone is ridiculous. Priority member still had to wait 20 mins on phone.
