staff to incompetent to actually leave a calling card so hours of detective work with vendor were required to get a tracking number. As i could not just call the individual office i used the call centre and was cut off by a staff member who was supposed to place me on hold. i am intructed to go to the office without the card and attempt to beg for the parcel. This itself is exceedingly difficult as they are open until lunch time. Rank incompetence all the way!

Loses my mail, returns it to sender as undeliverable when it has the correct address, and sends it to wrong Post Office, who returns it to sender.

This is not a retail outlet. Just a mail sorting centre.
