I would Just like to thank the driver of the 721F, he picked us up from stop number 53 at 11:27am this morning. He was very kind and helpful. He made sure that my step daughter and I got the best value for our trip he also advised an alternative changeover to ensure we got to our destination as quickly as possible, he even went a step further and got out of his seat to show me which bus to transfer to once we arrived at the Reynella Interchange. I wish I had caught the gentleman’s name to give this review directly to him. Very helpful, understanding staff. Friendly, quick service. Useful for getting a key to the bicycle lockers - an incredible service that has helped me keep fit and my bicycle dry and secure for the last 7 years. Kudos to Adelaide Metro for encouraging commuters to cycle and use public transport!

Woeful place. Lack of service staff to help with information screens. Information screens kept freezing up and were unhelpfull. Waste of time going there. The government shuold be sshamed of the lack of funding to manage this facility

I go there every week to top up my bus card. Machine usually good but on rare occasions no paper for receipt. Staff are helpful if asked. Can get very busy with the queue sometimes if you need to go to see staff.

Still waiting for my promised cheap power bills. Selling this off will reduce services cut jobs and line the pockets of some overseas mob like Melbourne's network. I refuse to use the network once it's privatized. Thanks again libtards you obviously didn't learn selling off etsa.
