Adelaide Railway Station InfoCentre

Extremely rude service by the woman with red hair at the info centre desk about 4:30 today. She should not work in customer service and is very rude.

Train station is ok , bit of a hike to the train lines . But rather reliable service .

Good, efficient and friendly customer service should be acknowledged especially in these stressful times. This afternoon (around 3pm) was served by younger woman who completed a transaction to transfer monies from one account to another in super quick time. Really appreciated her helpfulness. I don't know who she was but I hope her boss reads this, and thanks her for representing the organisation so well.

Forgot my metrocard on the bus so I went to the info centre to try and purchase a new one. Once I mentioned to the man behind the counter that I had lost my old card, he seamlessly transferred the account over to a new one for me! Very pleased by this friendly and helpful service!

Though there was not a crowded evening,but the staff standing be sides walk throughs,were very nice,polite and Help full to guide me through,my questioning.I Thought for while,if I might offer both of them to honour me to have a cup of coffe,but the shops were closed,evevn I could not find,a quare code for covid-19 to scan my app.So with the suggestion of one of staff,I scan my app withe one of closed coffe shop.And took my bus to come back home.Thanks for help.All Mighty Allah may shower His Blessings on All of us.Thanks and Regards.
