I went in to replace a power cord and was told it only needed to have the connection straightened.As all were busy I was asked if I could leave it and call back.nWhen I went to collect I was hit with a bill for $91 yes $91 because the computor had to be switched on to test.nWow still haven’t recovered from that one!!!

I cannot thank these guys enough! I called one day out of the blue having never been a customer before. They had David a senior technician onsite within minutes so solve my server issues. These guys are honest, hardworking and genuine. In only a short time dealing with them I have a lot of trust in their employees and services. Cheers

Fast, friendly, professional service. What a great find in the main street of Goondiwindi! After having my broken computer sitting at another computer repair shop in town (iWest) for 10 WEEKS without being looked at, I decided to take my machine to Dorchester instead. Within 1 hour, a technician (Peter) had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and called me back to let me know when I could collect my machine. I couldn't be more happy and impressed with Peter's service, as well as the lady on the front counter. Thanks guys!
