Agent sent the wrong time on email for the inspection. She came 30 min late. None of the keys could open the unit. Had the reschedule. They reschedule sending you a text message 4 hours before it happens.nIn other professional fields, such a level of incompetence would be costing lives. Terrible and pathetic.

Very dissapointed in Richard Noble, after purchasing a block from them we have found out that NBN would not be provided as per the goverments requirements. Also we were only provided with one retaining wall on two sides of our property with the third side being forgotten about.. very unfair. All issues have been raised with Richard Noble who shy away from facts and their responsibilities. Buyer eware when dealing with Richard Noble.
