After endlessly trawling the Internet and spending an interminable time listening to recorded messages (and mind numbing muzak), I looked locally for help in sorting out my printer problems. Peter was at my house the very same day I rang him. He immediately set about methodically trouble shooting the issue and, despite running into a number of dead-ends, persevered until he found a solution.
