GP Superclinic @ Midland Railway Workshops

I’ve been visiting GP Superclinic for many years now and I’ve always had great experiences. Today in particular. Our twins had their vaccinations today. One of them was really distressed. The nurses were wonderful. Very patient, did their best to calm him down. They also made us (the parents) feel at ease and reassured. Great staff, great doctors, great nurses, great practice.

My family and I have been consulting the doctors at GP Superclinic Midlands since it started almost 8 years. Good doctors and they don’t rush through their consultation. Keep up the good work.

My GP Dr.David Jones is probably the most helpful GP I have dealt with. He is knowledgeable, understanding and gets straight to it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for GP in Midland. The clinic itself is quite spacious and has a modern feel to me it which I like.

I had a really positive experience today. The first 2 times coming to the superclinic I found the reception staff to be a bit dismissive however today the younger lady with dark brown hair was really nice at reception and was happy to help me. I didnt catch her name but I would like her to know she was very helpful. The two doctors I have seen there so far were both really great, they made me feel comfortable and listened as well as addressing my health needs. Thank you Dr Conway and Dr Smith. Overall I've had a pretty positive experience and appreciate the small acts of kindness from the staff there.

Good availability of appointments and I always manage to see my preferred doctor. Always has time for me, so I don't feel rushed through like at some other GP centres. Receptionists are friendly and polite. Usually manage to get a parking spot, and if not, there is paid parking just across the road. Would definitely recommend Midland GP Superclinic.
