I was dealing with hair loss and went to this clinic. Shane diagnosed me with female pattern hair loss; however, there were no improvements in hair loss during the period he told me to take the capsules and use the treatment for. Going back again, he told me to continue using them. I then finally did a biopsy with my dermatologist, and the results showed that I did not have female pattern hair loss. I was given a wrong diagnosis by this clinic. I urge everyone to consult a dermatologist first.
