McWilliams Pharmacy

I went in today for a ventolin inhaler and the lady who liked to think she was a professional pharmacist asked me to name all the medications I’m on then she needed to write them down and told me to wait so the pharmacist can approve it lol To that lady and you know who you are ! You made me feel like I was asking for heavy drugs. I have never had a problem in the past getting one without a script as you don’t need a script anymore as it saves lives !! I also agree the pharmacist guy is one stuck up wannabe Your only a pharmacist and a very bad one lol Try using people skills because I’m sure that’s a number one requirement in retail. What a humiliating joke !!

Never will I step foot in this place again. I thought I was doing the right thing and the lady pharmacist was so rude letting me no I wasn't. That woman pharmacist just loves drama she just never stopped going on and on about it. Thank you to the older lady who works there as she could see what I was trying to say and what I wanted to do. Such a shame she has to work with someone who has a stick stuck up their ###. I rang another chemist and they had no problems in understanding me and fixing the problem.

Good pharmacy. Decent prices and helpful staff

Have been disappointed by services lately. Everytime I go in staff jump me like they think I'm about to steal something. Last straw was when the pharmacist was being really rude. Though I understood his position, he was arrogant, rude and highly offensive in his manner and how he explained it. I've spend hundreds of dollars there as I buy natural products without chemicals. Won't spend another dollar there.
