Infinity Pharmacy Pialba

First visit was good, second visit i dropped off 2 prescriptions, had a query about one, said i had shopping to do and would be back, the pharmacist was very helpful and lovely, came back to pick them up and was given only one of my prescriptions and told, no, you only gave us one and an empty box, the 2 people behind the counter swore that i only gave them one, the pharmacist went on the hunt, looking at the camera and computer, and all the while the 2 behind the counter basically calling me for a liar that i only gave them one script, i never get one without the other so it made no sense, WELL wouldn’t you know it! after a good 20 mins the pharmacist looked at the computer and said, wait I did that one first? it should be here! she then found that one of the staff put it into another basket but that staff person denied any wrongdoing, the pharmacist apologised many times but the 2 so called professional people behind the counter did not....

Great place with helpful staff that are willing to help beyond expectations by giving expert advice with a smile

I visited the pharmacy on Sunday last, and was very pleased with the service I received, The pharmacist, gave me advice, as I am a type 2 Diabetic, and then the sales girl, named Bronte, was very helpful in finding a particular lotion for dry skin and a vitamin D, on the whole I am glad I have joined a business that has people who know their products, and can be so pleasant and helpful.
