Chemist Warehouse Hervey Bay

Not the best prices at all and very poor after sales service! I will never visit this store again! I bought a set of clutches here and after three months the handle of the one crutch broke off which was attached with only two small rivets. The manager said from the outset they are not interested in my problem and I should contact the manufacturer! That is their policy! Obviously overriding Australian consumer laws! Unbelievable poor service. They only want to take your money and are not interested in your concerns! Never shop here!

I would like to thank Nicole for her help tonight in helping to look for my son's stuffed monkey. Although it wasn't found in store I am happy to report that my son and tails have been reunited. Thankyou for taking the time to search, it was greatly appreciated.

This is the worst chemist I've ever been up to 40 mins is the average script time even when I'm the only person in there, and always given rubbish generics unless I specify. The extermley judgemental woman in charge will try everything she can not to do my scripts as thay are strong pain meds even ounce questioning my drs authority. I've been a chronic pain sufferer for 28yrs after breaking my back , She has refused to do mine as there was a mix up with the numbers, went to my chemist ',nova, and no problems, "thay have my numbers not a problem at all " with a smile. Spend the extra 5cents and go to another good chemist.. Seams thay have a new chemist now , was pleasantly surprised to see the scripts only took 10 mins. Service with a smile, really changed for the better. Hope it stays this way. So much more efficient, a very pleasant surprise.

Quite a large CW! Easy to find what I was after and I was in and out pretty quickly. Parking was a bit full, ended up parking down the service station end and walking up

My wife went to chemist warehouse for a puffer for her medical condition. The service she received from Kristen, the manager was simply exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
