Disgraceful. Had our son here for a haircut. Was in the waiting shop next door a good 20mins before anyone else came in to wait. 3 gentlemen then were also in waiting room after our son. 2 of these gentlemen were called in next door before our son with no explanation of why he wasn’t to be next in the order as he was first there. Felt he was disregarded. We have been regular customers for a number of years and will no longer return.
