Hairworks at Harrington

I have called about 10 times for my son's hair to be cut and everytime I get knocked back saying they are full but then I've gotten someone else to call and they get a appoimnent!!! I walked in this morning to be told no again they had no customers I asked if they could quickly trim my son's hair as I stuffed it up and I was told no again and that she was sick with a cold and that I probably wouldn't want me to have her cut my son's hair.... well if your that sick why are you at work !!!
