Have used Kerri from helloworld now 5 times for our holiday bookings. Kerri organized our trip along with Bench to Africa. It was fantastic. So well organized always someone to meet us and take us to airport. Cant thank you enough for our fantastic african holiday. You are terrific Kerri

WORST TRAVEL AGENT EVER!nIt is mine and my fiancé’s wedding and honeymoon early next year so it is getting to the time where we needed to book our honeymoon. My fiancé’s mum had been watching the add on the TV for hello world for a while now and thought that would be the best place to go with! My fiancé’s uncle had been searching around the internet for different packages and deals on hello world until we came across one we were extremely happy about! After keeping our eye on it for a few days we called up hello world and asked them if we could book it in! Kerri told us that it was sold out and had been sending us different deals and packages during the week, after being happy with one of the packages my fiancé’s mum went into hello world in nerang on Saturday with so much excitement to finally book our honeymoon in! And she got there with a huge smile on her face! And was filled with so much joy that she was about to book our honeymoon! When she got there, a man was in front of her inquiring about a holiday, so she sat down and waited for her turn, the travel agent hadn’t even acknowledged her at this point, didn’t say hello or I’ll be with you in a minute, didn’t even look at her.nSo after 10-15 minutes of waiting she thought she would go to Coles and grab a few things and come back, she went for 5 minutes came back and sat down again, still no acknowledgement from the travel agent 10 minutes went past and the man was getting ready to leave. A family came and sat down, and then the man left, the travel agent looked at my fiancé’s mum with no expression and said nothing, my fiancé’s mum said, “hello I’ve been speaking with Kerri about a package I would like to pay for, are you Kerri? And the travel agent said “no Kerri’s not back until Monday” (with attitude)nthen the travel agent looked around my fiancé’s mum at the family and my fiancé’s mum said well I’d just like to book the package in and the travel agent said, “well these people have made an appointment” and the family said “no no, it’s okay” and by that point my finances mum just had enough so she left. this travel agent made my fiancé’s mums whole experience horrible, not to mention she didn’t even acknowledge her! And she had been waiting 25 minutes! And nobody had told her that she needed to make an appointment. and had been talking to them via email about it the whole week!nThis is just about the worst customer service I have ever come across. we will NOT be going back to hello world again! You’re supposed to walk out of a travel agent with a massive smile on your face not almost in tears! This was also her first time at a travel agent. Usually we book our holidays online ourselves, but because it was our honeymoon she wanted to go through a travel agent to make it special... If you are thinking about booking a holiday through hello world, think again save yourself the time and money, because you will not get the full experience you pay for, either go to a different travel agent or book it online yourself.

Kerri gave me , a first time cruise ship traveller, the most assured service one could ask for. (I live 1410 klms north from Kerri's work).nNo question from me was to hard to answer.nI was constantly updated on what was being achieved during the 12 months I paid my cruise off.nThe most beautiful part of getting this cruise together, was when all the 'loose ends' were tied together, all the 'i's' were dotted and the 't's' were crossed.nI received my package and the instructions were simple to follow, and my excitement began there and then to get aboard and live my life.nA great beginning with a fabulous ending.nNOW FOR MY NEXT CRUISEud83dude03
