Can't comment of Customer Service, walked around store & waited at Counter, no-one in sight! Now at an alternative store. First time I've been there, and I won't return.
Brad and the team did an exceptional job with my graduation certificates, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but they took the time to help me figure out what size, matte colours and frames would suit my taste. Thanks again!!
Great range of products but I was a little disappointed at being charged for my photo board to be recut. I get that each time you use your machine it wears and, therefore, decreases in value, but cmon, $6 to chop a few pieces of board the day after I bought them?
