My kids got to pick Christmas gifts from the Christmas tree in the mattress section.Can I just say I was happy to come back and spend my money at Harvey Norman bedding with a smile . Great service from Leanne on front cashier, and Michelle in home technology area. Super knowledgeable and honest, had us in and out in as short a time as possible. Really appreciate their time and assistance.

Great service and furniture. The bed slats I got were the wrong size but an employee sorted it out and delivered the right ones so helpful would definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased many items over the years at this store, the service has always been impeccable & super friendly. However my recent purchase was a whole new ball park. To the Manager, Mr Sean of electrical appliances, your customer service was the worst i have ever encountered. To say you're angry, impatient or rude, would be an understatement. Pick your game up mate & make buying expensive items a more pleasant experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Took a little to get served but was worth the little wait. Not much range for what I wanted in bed suites but it is the same everywhere else I had been in Mackay.
