Extremely upset and disappointed with the whole experience and most especially the end result.nI was NOT booked in properly at the start (I booked for a cut and balayage foils but was written down for a cut only) and was argued with about it. Being told NO you did not book in for that... ??nnI do fully understand that sometimes the clients wishes can be unrealistic or impossible to do with their particular hair. However this didn’t apply to me as I had spoken with other salons for quotes and opinions on the colours I wanted.nnRight from the beginning of me (trying to) describing the look and colouring of what I was wanting I was not listened to and was constantly talked over the top of. The ladies were only interested in me having what they wanted me to have. And one of them spent so long trying to convince me to have it their way in the end I had to tell her to stop.nnI should have stood up then, and followed my instinct that was telling me this is not going to end well. But I stayed. I had the foils. I ended up with my normal hair colour, and a few lighter bits mixed in.nI was holding back tears because I paid $135 for a trim. I don’t have money for luxuries like this and saved for quite some time to have a new look for Christmas.nnIt’s difficult for me to have to write this because I’m so upset and have never done something like this before.nnIf you are going in to Streakers (P.P) with an idea that you would really like, be prepared to either be very firm or decide to have it done elsewhere.
