All I can say is Sarah is a HAIR GOD!!nI arrived early, she assured me it wasn’t an issue and to come right in and take a seat! I’ve never felt so welcomed into a salon, EVER!nMy hair was a disaster, orange and over processed from previous hairdressers. We had talked prior to the appointment about what I wanted and I knew it probably wasn’t possible at the first appointment, but was I wrong!nShe explained the entire process before we started and recommended the keratin smoothing to help repair my damaged hair and to calm my frizzy lions mane!nI am blown away by my entire experience, my hair looks and feels incredible!nI learnt soooooo much, the education she provided on how to properly look after my hair at home was amazing, she showed me exactly how to dry it to get the best possible result!nI am forever grateful to you for helping me feel beautiful and giving me the best hair of my life!nDo yourself a favour, go and see Sarah right now!nThank you, thank you, thank you ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0fnOh, and she even bought me a coffee from the shop next door.... next level service! If I could give no stars, I would. Shocking customer service! I arrived earlier and was happy to grab a coffee next door. After about 5 minutes it was clear that I had inconvenienced her, Sarah, and I said again, I'm sorry but I feel like I've inconvenienced you and she says, it's ok, you here now, in a harsh tone and the rest of the treatment was done in silence and it felt like she thought she was doing me a favor! Don't waste your money, loads of other hair salons offer the same treatment for the same price. With friendly and respectful customer service, after all we are paying for the treatment.

I had a keratin treatment and got my regrowth done while the service Sara provided was amazing I’m feeling like the Keratin which I’ve had plenty of times before wedding either activate or work in my hair ... I had great hair for a week !!nI paid $250 for this service which is a lot of money for me!..,nI felt upset the Keratin didn’t work I followed Sara’s instructions on how to look after ...nI felt bad that I had to show her all the frizz still in my hair & did say it’s possibly not worked.. She asked me back in only to blow dry my hair & straighten (Tell me how easy it is now) .... After a month now I was due to go in for regrowth but felt the need to cancel as I’ve already wasted enough money & time... I won’t be bavk :-( ... good hairdressers are so hard to find & yetbad ones pop up all the time !!!

Can I just say.....BEST HAIR IVE EVER HAD!!! I had terrible regrowth and ratty yellow ends, but the girls were amazing, talked me through the whole process, made sure i knew what was happening at each step and it came out amazing - so much better than i thought!nLast time I left it this long i had a yellow band, which i know can happen when its left for as long as i left it so i was prepared for it this time, but there is none! She made the colour blend perfectly, you can't even tell i had hideous regrowth!!nI can't stop running my fingers through my hair, it feels soooooo good!!
