Stefan is such a trusted brand. Karis coloured my hair today perfectly. The service was excellent. Productive information provided but no pushy sales. Hair massage was amazing. Team was very professional. Thank-you.

If you ever by chance don't love your hair after spending $300 be sure to just keep quiet or the manager Ally will never let you back at the salon even if it was nearly a year later and resolved and she was never even involved or working at the salon at the time. She will speak for the whole company telling you that you should choose a different company then tell you to leave the store in the most belittling and humiliating way. She waited until I came in for my appointment 2 days prior to my birthday and engagement anniversary to carry out her nasty act. So far she is the only one who has treated me poorly out of all Stefan salons and staff I've had contact with. Shame on you for putting someone with disabilities down as if life isn't hard enough. If I was as difficult as you say, then I wouldn't have loved my hair results done by other people at Stefan. If anyone else has felt Ally has been inappropriate towards them, don't keep quiet, contact customer care, they actually do care!

All the girls were so amazing for our daughter's first visit to the salon today. A big thank you to Sarah for making her feel welcomed and comfortable during her appointment. She's excited to come back and the result is amazing - so fresh.

Absolutely disgusted with the service.nInstead of just the haircut which was booked and quoted $120.nThe hairstylist told my just turned 18 year old daughter she needed to purchase $135 worth of hair products because her hair was damaged and no other product could save her damaged hair, only the Stefan brand.nSuch a blatant abuse taking advantage of a young, impressionable person.nHer hair was not damaged, she has never coloured it in her life and she had been booked in to have it cut from her waist to shoulder length.
