Salon staff are so welcoming and professional, they generally manage to squeeze you in with out an appointment and prices are very competitive. I always walk out happy. If there was any negativity I would say if getting cut and colour I always allow myself 3 hours. It's s a busy salon but I guess a lot of customers are like me, happy to wait it out.

Very friendly and efficient, don't leave you sitting for ages which is nice. Prices were good and I was very happy with my service.
The only reason I decided to try this salon was because of a colleague. I was so happily surprised because it is somewhere I usually wouldn't consider going. I think if customers were expecting punctuality, they should perhaps think about forking out the extra to attend a designer salon because you can't expect everything. Being a chain, I am so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, the communication and the overall friendliness and cost. Thank you Emilene and staff!
S+S Hair Beauty Salon at Capalaba Park Shopping Centre, is a Great place to be spoiled. I needed my hair trimmed & the lovely ladies took care of my hair by washing& conditioning it also. I was very happy with the look of the style that I went home with. I will return with Thanks !
