One doctor specifically Dr.Singh. Did not know how to deliver cancer biopsy results. I thought my mother was going to die later that week we discover it only a grade two type cancer. Very treatable. He did not give any of this information. Some advice get a bedside manner and it's not about getting them in and out!!!

If you have a mental health problem and want to be treated with respect, by a doctor who actually cares, I suggest you find a different GP practice. My feelings of self harm and suicide have increased because of the attitude the doctor had towards me. I’m really upset.

Reception unhelpful and the practise manager is quite frankly rude, passive aggressive and spiteful. Shame because the doctors are all lovely.

Good and Bad experiences here. This started off as a great place to goto. Dr Stewart always does the best he can do and the advice is good. The issue lately has been this practice has decided to charge $20 unnatendance fee without letting customers know about this, basically silently introduced. I signed up here before this unnatendance fee was placed. When I told them that, they told me I would have agreed to it in my form. I asked them this was not in there and asked them to bring it up. They found my form and I was right it was not in there. Some common sense and customer loyalty would go a long way, such as the practice letting every current customer know this using a letter that gets mailed out. However initiative like this is beyond this practice and their reputation now reflects that
