Ernst Body Corporate Management

Being both a lot owner and committee member of a large townhouse scheme, I have interacted extensively with a number of Ernst scheme managers over the last 15+ years. They have always acted in a professional manner to both owner and committee requests and have the financial, administrative and BCCMA knowledge required to assist our Body Corporate manage the day to day issues that arise in community living. I can highly recommend our current manager Angela Hood who always has a friendly manner and no job or issue is too difficult to assist with.

Angela Hood and team from Ernst Brisbane are very professinal to deal with all the issue with building manager, committee etc. Down to the earth service and we are very happy to stick with her in the further.

EBCM managed Proximity Hamilton apartments but levies were through the roof without a proper explanation - it was so bad the body corporate removed them. Will be avoiding properties managed by EBCM like the plague

In a nutshell, HOPELESS! They don't answer emails no matter how many you send and they've told customers who call them that they're just the messenger... Expensive messenger! When asked how what a bill is made up of, they don't bother to respond & keep adding late fees to the bill. Very unprofessional outfit. I wouldn't recommend them in a pink fit!
