Loretta is kind, friendly and excellent at her craft! Very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and she is very supportive of you becoming the best version of yourself. Her creation and maintenance work is excellent and I always looks forward to my maintenance appointments. Amazing work done by an amazing woman! I've had Lorretta work on my precious Locks multiple times and each time I'm impressed with her work and also feel so relaxed whilst visiting. Cannot recommend enough!

Such a wonderful experience with Locks by Loretta! Not just great service, but such a lovely human too! Plus, my hairwrap that Loretta put in is still going strong almost two years after she put it in....so happy.
