Three weeks before I rang to make an appointment but got no answer so left a message, after a few days of hearing nothing I rang again, I got an answer, she said she would check availability and call me back. I never heard back so I rang again finally securing an appointment. I mentioned what a tight schedule I was on and that it was very important I can guarantee an appointment. I was assured it was ok so booked. Five days before the appointment I had heard nothing from them and had not received a confirmation so I called again, there was a lot of ummimg and ahhing, I reiterated that I was on a tight schedule and very important I get my hair done as I had many appointments and needed my hair done. Today the day before my appointment she called me to cancel. I am fuming, I have a hotel in the city with the sole purpose of getting my hair done. I have no chance to get another appointment on a Saturday. I can’t believe I have to go to my event with my hair in such an unattended state ud83eudd2cud83dude21ud83eudd2c
