Great service. Walk in ready.
Went in for a lash lift and dye. The person providing this service was on her wireless headphones on her phone and thanks to her inattention, my eyelashes were fried. Never again.
It was a bad experience. I was there for threading and gave clear instruction to the staff. But she was so careless and made by eyebrow thin and unequal. When I told her, she was not even sorry for this. So pricey and horrible service. Will never use this service again.
I got a thread and tint, there was a few hairs missed that I plucked out once I got home.
Easy location and the girls there know their job well.
