Flight Centre Redbank Town Square

Not impressed with this or RBPlaza store. The staff were friendly enough but not knowledgeable enough and it cost me alot extra whilst travelling than it should have if they had of informed me correctly. Put in receipts for refund of extras I had to pay for that they should of detailed and they would not refund or even reply to my emails. I spent almost 10k on a holiday with them so wasn't a small amount to be ignored. Won't use Flight centre ever again to book my holidays

Good advice on logistics but when we checked the prices back at home it was cheaper to book direct, so we did.
