If I could give this 0 stars I would. I hard dark brown hair and wanted to go to a light brown. I walked in 5 minutes early to my appointment.... waited for 30minutes to be seen. I showed a picture of what I wanted and even chose the colour. They never said it would be difficult and went in with full confidence. I came out with dead bleached hair that is now orange AND I’m $250 out of pocket. Not only was it orange but the roots were still dark brown and my whole hair was patchy and different shades. I’m currently with another hairdresser trying to bring back my hair and I need 6 weekly colourings to stop it from going back to orange. And I’ve had to cut lots off to try help it grow healthier. Yes they did offer to try and fix it but I wasn’t going to trust them with my hair again. Please save yourself and your money and go somewhere else.
