Australia Post - Franklin LPO

Called in for a coffee, machine was ready but the assistant never came near us. Waited 5 minutes while she put cards on the shelf as if we weren't there. Left and went further along the road.

Best post office ever. Super nice and friendly staff. Glad there is such a nice post office around. Makes me really enjoy the journey of taking packages. :D

Great Post office and a good community support business. I am a regular customer with a PO Box at this PO. Always helpful, and stands out with old fashioned good service with a smile. Anyone who has a bad opinion of this business needs to have a good long look in the mirror...

The kind of post office that stands out among many - friendly service, awesome tea, a rack of gorgeous second hand clothes, locally made products and an inviting atmosphere. Can't fault it.

Visited today for a coffee and snack, no other customers were waiting. The woman at the counter was engaged in a social conversation and did not bother acknowledging me. Waited for seven minutes then walked out. Very poor.
