It is normal procedure to offer your customers receipts once they have made a purchase. Staff took my wife's payment and finished the transaction without offering the receipt. Interestingly enough I had to return the product which wasn't what we needed and had to pay for the new product as well as getting stuck with something I didn't want

Of the handful of pharmacies I've ever had to go to, the service I got from my local was enough to leave a glowing review. I have attended caversham 7day pharmacy for the past two years almost every single day and have had the pleasure of dealing with every staff member. I continue to attend this pharmacy because of the amazing customer service and there attentiveness to all my medical needs. All staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to help in any way they can, while always being friendly and professional. I have seen many customers come into the store and have never witnessed any staff be rude or insensitive. 5 star service all round! Thanks!

My wife was sick and the pharmacist was very helpful explaining the medications prescribed and suggested a few other tips to help. They really know what they are doing here. We been to a few pharmacies in the area and this one ticks the boxes. Cant believe people have reviewed them so bad. They have always been amazing with our family and friends. Thank you.

Very Rude staff, zero customer service, wont even make eye contact when serving, no etiquette. The serving lady just kept talking to other people in the line behind me , completely ignoring me, no greeting whatsoever. Tried to always promote local shops, even tho its pricey , but wont do again. noticed bad customer service multiple times now.
