Terrible customer service. Rang up and put an generator on hold. They sold the generator on us. Only found out it was sold when my husband went to pick it up the same day only a couple of hours layer. Not acceptable. Will never buy from this company ever again. Disgraceful.

Such helpful and kind staff here. Helped me figure out what my car needed and kept it within my budget. 10/10 will recommend

Tim at click and collect is really knowledgeable and helpful. He went extra miles to help me with my queries on car batteries. Ended up saving me quite a bit of money which he could easily just took it without providing me any advises. Really appreciate his services even at though time like this. If I'm going to spend some money to support local businesses, I'll be happily going to them. Good on you.

Was very good worker's help me out and found what I was looking for

The new guy was helpful, he asked experienced staff for product advice. Every staff member worked as a team. Product was put on hold for me at another store. Prices were really good and stock quality has improved over the last ten years. Happy to go there every time. Gender diversity is good. Older staff if employed would balance out the team.
