On 30/11/2016 at 11.15pm I have been mistreated by the staff at superchem. My 9 months old daughter was in the pram and grabbed a glass item placed on a low shelf just under the cash register. It broke and I was told to pay for it! And I did with no hesitation. all I said was "please just for safety reasons can those breakable things be removed out of reach for children just in case" In a nice manner. I was told It was my fault for placing the pram where it shouldn't be! Like come on where will I place it on top of my head. Or a meter away while i pay for my things. This is unbelievable. I'm not trying to be rude or anything everyone knows who I am and how polite and generous I am. But paying for something I shouldn't have and been told it was my fault for been in hold of a pram while I was paying for my things is just not right. It was a bad experience and I will never go there again and for those who want to know more about it. My advice if you have kids in a pram or without a pram don't go there.

Just be aware that they do charge $2 PER document to certify “true copies of documents”. There are neighbouring chemists around Girrawheen that do this for free.

My husband went to buy me some anithistamines. He had to the same price for 30 tablets that I pay for 70 tablets elsewhere. I definitely will not be shopping there again.
