I used my gift voucher that was given for my birthday of an ocean dreaming package at temple body and soul and which i must say was one of the best experience i ever had. As i walk up the stairs, i already feel relax from the nice essential oil. Nice and welcoming staff, the lady that attended to me was very delightful,very knowledgeable and have magic hands. My treatment was 3.5 hrs, starting with the body treatment which is done in a special cocoon bed with the steam and shower, my skin was so nice and smooth after. Then went in a different room for a full body massage and a facial, the room and bed was nice and warm and the hot towel during the treatment was magnificent. Then went for my pedicure which was done in an amazing hanging chair while relaxing and having a nice herbal tea. thank you to the staff for making me feel like a rock star and keep it up. Highly recommend this spa and i will be back very soon.

Arrived before my booking time and the entrance door was locked. I called and it went through to voicemail after a few rings. The voicemail said that the therapists were treating clients so leave a message. I left a message and went back to my car to wait. After 10 min, nothing, so I called again and left another message. After a further 15 min still nothing so I left a final message for someone to call back. After waiting 30 min I decided to drive back home which took me 20 min each way, so 40 min drive this morning for nothing. Four hours later, still no call back and no explanation as to what happened. Disappointment/anger doesn’t even begin to explain how I feel.

Pretty disappointing, i decided to get a fake tan for my sisters wedding. I had gotten it done on a Thursday night, for a Saturday wedding and by the Saturday, my hands were blotchy, 3 fingers looked lighter than my thumb and pointer, my legs had already started to fade and by Saturday night my chest started to peel. I was advise that it lasts between 1-2 weeks depending on your skin, so for it to not even last 3 days, is disappointing , especially as i was a bridesmaid. Would not recommend the fake tans here!
