The staff is polite, efficient and provide useful information whenever I have a question. They keep track of my parcels, I may forget but they never do. I am thrilled with their service.nUpdate: Today I lodged my passport application here. They went out of their way to get my documentation right. Terrific service. Give this franchise some Cartier watches!

I totally disagree with most of the reviews given by people about this place. The staff is super friendly and efficient. I drop my parcels here almost every week and they always have been very supportive and polite. Cheers to the staff working here. Keep up the great work you guys are doing!

I have found the staff at Scoresby PO to be very helpful. A gentleman there assisted in resolving a missing parcel case for which I am grateful. Over the last year or so I have been going there I have been happy with the service.

I go to this post office often and the people there are really nice. There are times when I'm not sure on something and i have had things explained to me in a polite and understanding manner. The thing i don't understand here is all the 1 & 2 star reviews. There is no pleasing some people.

Customer service is the last on their mind for this post office. 3 staff members and one customer other than myself in the shop and i stood there for 5mins to collect a parcel.nnWhile searching for my parcel, the service member was literally swatting and throwing parcels (small and large) onto the floor from waist height with utter disregard for customers items that have yet to be picked up right in front of myself. No attempt from himself to look after any of the items really..nnWhats the point of having items delivered when its treated terribly with a decent chance of gifts and parcels being damaged before reaching the customer. Appalling lack of care
