Australia Post - Brandon Park Post Shop

What happened to all the nice staff that worked here. Two ladies this morning at the counter were so rude. The Asian lady makes you feel like you are a criminal. Despite asking auspost to leave my parcel at the front they took it back to the office. When I went to collect it, I felt like I was being questioned by the police. What happened to the smile and customer service. The man was the only one who smiles. I work for a cancer treatment hospital, people abuse us most of the time but our job requires us to serve others. If you are not happy with your job, make way for young kids who are genuine and willing to help

I was trying to apply for my ASIC card, which requires 3 document according to their website, i provided my passport, my drivers license and student card. The manager insist I dont have enough id and requires a bill with my address on it or rental agreement, even though my drivers license clearly has my address on it. So I prepared my phone bill, when i visit the store again she said you still dont have enough document. (She literally told me another bill would be sufficient 15 minutes ago) This is australia post brandon park. I went to another australia post and got it done in 15 minutes! With just my passport, drivers license and student card. Australia post really need to be privatized and the monopoly situation should be changed ASAP. Otherwise they really should at least hire someone with basic manner and customer service experience. It’s only going to make matter worse if they keep sending unemployed people to work there(same as centerlink). I’m happy to pay a higher price just for better experience than australia post.

Worst customer service, ever, in a post office.nStaff don't appear to be (or more likely, don't want to be) sensible.nSave your time and go to another post office instead.

The lady was really nice, and she also helped me send a return mail without any postage costs, even though I thought I would have to pay for the parcel sachet. Turned out that my plastic bag was good enough. Previously some staff had told me I need to purchase a sachet from the store, but not in this store.
