I went there today 8th june and it has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered. Don't come here!!! Very rude staff that should not be allowed dealing with customers at all!

Refused to certify my document.It was just one document and it’s a service that’s mentioned on Australia post website. Asian lady at front desk asked me to go to a pharmacy in a rude tone.

As others have already stated, this one, compared to other branches, stands out. Customer service is on point, friendly and helpful, place is clean and tidy, and easy to access. Happy this one is near me
