Was having an issue with a firmware lock on my phone and the technician Brittany helped me to recover my device without any dramas. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable staff member.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment via the Apple website to have my battery replaced - after taking my phone to run a diagnostic and telling me it would take 2-3 hours the woman at the desk checked to see if they had batteries in stock... which they did not.nSo I made an appointment for a service, which they could not provide because they did not have stock... for the service which I booked... in advance... So angry - not even an apology from the staff for wasting my time.nI will never be back.

Not a great experience with My Mac the Glen. My MacBook Air wouldn’t turn on at all, took it in and they charged me $99 on the spot just for diagnosis as well as $129 just to transfer my data on to a hard drive as I did not want to lose my assignments that I have yet to hand in. Took them 2 days to get back to me about the diagnosis of my laptop (although it says 1 hr diagnosis time). It will now cost me an extra $800 to get my laptop repaired. I have now sourced a different reputable repair company to complete the replacement at half the cost.

SUPER impressed with My Mac @ The Glen. Had some trouble with the back light on the display on my laptop. Dropped it into My Mac on the Friday, my backup drive was ready the next day and picked up my laptop on Tuesday morning complete with a brand new screen and all settings exactly as I left them. The team at My Mac were EXCELLENT - knowledgeable, professional, honest, understanding of my situation and they also initiated ALL correspondence to keep me up to date with the progress of my repairs. Cannot fault them on any level. Great job guys.
