Staff have improved a lot in their behavioural manners towards the customers. Hopefully they maintain this as they will not get a second chance from Australia post.

Shows on the australia post website as a shop where baby passport pictures can be taken. Has a sign above the counter that also says that they take passport photos and the long list included babies. However, the lady behind the counter says that they don’t have the equipment to do so and couldn’t really offer any alternatives. Maybe update the website to say that you don’t offer this service.

Post office has sign on door to say due to COVID19 thier hours have changed to 10am to 4pm weekdays - be nice if they updated their details on web! Not very 'essential services friendly' -many people are still working & require customer support!
