Worst customer service from female caucasion and indian female staff, we are business customer but since lockdown imposed we sent through this Post Office which is near to our house, we had few satchels that we bought a few days ago from Richmond and Collingwood post office and using now, but been treated like we stole from them and asked like interrogation. Remember you are providing a service, we are not asking for your Free help, dont be rude to your customer.nAsian male staff is alright and being professional.

I had a issue with a return parcel that other post office refused to accept it because I had just a tracking number, I came to this office and they accepted it and resolved my issue easily, thank for helping me....

Indian lady had to read aloud my address details when I was collecting my parcel and also my name. Showed her my ID once and she needed to see it again to have a better glance of my details. Not very happy about that, especially everyone else could hear and smirk.

Great service. Went in for a Work Safe Application. Knew exactly what was required, unlike 2 others I had visited. Thx.

Good service and they all keep social distance well.
