I'm a frequenter of this place but recently, they've hired HORRIBLE STAFF. No friendly greeting or anything and poor manners. I ignored all these until today when I went to the chemist section and asked for a medication. The young lady (overseen by 'Elaine') was rude, she rolled her eyes exaggeratedly at me for no reason, I was being friendly and was thrown off by her unexpected attitude. I should've made a comment then but I shrugged it off. The lady in cashier who took my payment was equally rude too. Like.... please hire more decent people in this shop OR better yet, train your current staff to love their job more. They look like they're dying to finish their shifts... and this is the case every time. P.s. the newly-hired people are the rude ones. The original staff members have always been good at their jobs

Great prices! Approx 80% of what you'll spend elsewhere for the exact same product. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Like anything in life, if you treat the staff with respect, then they'll show you amazing service.

Worst chemist ever. The pharmacist lady is very rude and serving me halfway, she just turned around and started talking to another person? Seriously??? Seen her shouted at the elderly people before, saying the wait is more than 20mins, if you not happy to wait, go somewhere else? OMG. Terrible, Aggressive, inconsiderate person. Rather patronize Pharmacy 777 or Amcal. At least we are treated with respect.

Hi first time I had been to the morley store for a prescription. All fine taking and checking information but when it came time to collect I had been sitting there for 40 minutes and finally went up and asked and the prescription was there. They need to put someone mature on to call out the names not a teenager that is not interested in the job!

I went shopping at Coventry Village and lodged 3 scripts (3 items) at Chemist Warehouse. When I picked it up after a wait time of 25 minutes (it was a very busy time of day), only 2 items were handed over to me. When I pointed out that I had requested 3 items, I as told I had to go to the back of the queue which would have meant another 25 mins wait. I requested for my script to be given back to me and that I would go elsewhere. I was given no apology and no attempt was made to rectify their error expedite my 3rd script. Very poor customer service, given that I had been very clear in the first place. Will go back to Chemist Warehouse North Perth where I have had great customer service for many years.
